Delete your account and your data
In the app, open Settings, go to the Account section and tap “Delete your account”. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your account and the data attached to it (your income, bills, expenses, envelopes and analytics) are deleted straight away and cannot be recovered.
If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We answer every request within 30 days.
Some records are kept for a limited time afterwards where the law requires it. The retention periods are listed in our privacy notice. Read the privacy notice
